Shipping Policy

At Broke Budget Girl, every planner is handmade with care and intention. Because each order is thoughtfully prepared by hand, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be handmade, prepared, packaged, and shipped.

During launches, limited drops, or periods of high order volume, processing may take the full two weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create your order with care.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. The 2-week processing period occurs before your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Broke Budget Girl is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
