Because every Broke Budget Girl planner is handmade to order with care and intention, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your Broke Budget Girl purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at brokebudgetgirlshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the best way to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Broke Budget Girl is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our planners are handmade, orders may begin processing shortly after purchase. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing.
